Ecological choices

Energy-saving devices have been set up in order to respect the environment and to make the company completely self-sustainable.
The structure is provided with solar panels for the production of hot water.
We use the wood-fired boiler to warm up the rooms and to produce hot water during rainy days.
The firehood comes from our wood and the pruning of the olive and the fruit trees.
The innovative photovoltaic system produces up to 15,5 kw which is enough to satisfie the needings of the building.
A source that produces 12000 l every day provides natural and genuine water for guests to enjoy.
Our cultivations are all biological.
All the garbage is separated and organic waste from the kitchen is mixed with the residues from the pruning, thus generating an excellent compost used to feed the soil for the plants we grow.
